An intimate half-day workshop for women ready to reset their relationship with food, movement, and rest. Includes a guided nutrition session, mindset workshop, and a nourishing shared lunch. Maximum 14 participants.

A relaxed evening talk exploring what it really means to feel well — and why so many high-achieving women are quietly running on empty. Light refreshments included. Open Q&A.
Reclaim — A 2-Night Women's Wellness Retreat
An all-inclusive 2-night residential retreat in the Wairarapa for 10 women ready to go deep. Includes all meals (nourishing, seasonal NZ food), daily coaching sessions, yoga and movement, and a private 1:1 consultation with Caitlin. This is the experience that changes things.
